This Privacy Policy explains how Ursa Invoice (“Service”) collects, uses, and protects your data.
1. Information We Collect
- Account data: email address and authentication details.
- Business data: business name, address, VAT number, logo, and bank details.
- Invoice data: invoices, line items, totals, notes, and statuses.
- Contacts: client names, addresses, and email addresses.
- Email logs: timestamps and recipients for sent invoices.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Provide invoicing, contact management, and recurring invoice features.
- Generate PDF and print layouts.
- Send invoices by email (paid plan).
- Provide support and troubleshoot issues.
- Send you occasional emails about our products.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored in Supabase (database and storage). Email delivery uses Resend, and PDF generation uses PDFShift for invoice attachments.
4. Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.
5. Data Sharing
We only share data with service providers needed to run the Service (Supabase, Resend, Stripe, PDFShift). We do not sell or share your data with any 3rd parties. We may send you occasional emails about our own products.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting support.
7. Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure.
8. Your Rights
