These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Ursa Invoice (“Service”), a web-based invoice manager provided by Ursa Apps (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Service Features
Ursa Invoice provides invoicing, contacts management, recurring invoices, PDF/print output, credit notes, and email delivery of invoices (paid plan). Features may be updated or improved over time.
4. Plans & Billing
- Free plan: limited contacts and no invoice emailing.
- Paid plan: unlimited contacts and invoice emailing (100 per month).
- Subscriptions are managed via Stripe and may be cancelled at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Do not send unsolicited or spam emails using invoice emailing.
6. Data & Content
You retain ownership of your data (invoices, contacts, business details). You grant us the right to process your data to provide the Service.
7. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and outages may occur.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
